Luke Alvarez. Chief Executive Officer

Luke is CEO and founder of Inspired Gaming Group. Luke was COO of Emap Digital, the Internet division of Emap plc. Before Emap, he was VP of Business Development at boo.com, worked as a case leader at the Boston Consulting Group, and was a Product Development Director at Comshare. Luke received a first class BAHons and an Mphil from Cambridge University. He was also a visiting Fulbright Scholar to the University of California at Berkeley.

Dave Wilson. Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Dave has been with Inspired since April 2004, first as a Business Re-engineering Consultant and then as COO of Inspired's UK machine operating business, Leisure Link. Prior to joining Inspired, Dave had 23 years experience in business re-engineering, business unit management, operations, product management, sales and finance in the IT Services and Telecommunications sectors (Nortel Networks) in Europe and North America. His roles included senior MD and VP roles in General Management, Operations.

Alistair Hopkins. Chief Technology Officer

Alistair has been with Inspired since October 2002, first as a software architect and then as Chief Technology Officer. Before joining Inspired, Alistair studied at Cambridge University, then spent 10 years in oil exploration and fishery protection. He went on to work at boo.com. His drive and approach has been fundamental to the success of Inspired's platform.

Steven Holmes. General Counsel

Steven joined in March 2007 initially as International Legal Counsel, thereafter becoming Group General Counsel in 2009 responsible for all Group legal matters. Steven trained and qualified in-house at Nortel Networks where he spent 7 years in the commercial/IP department working mainly with the wireless division. Steven has a degree in Law from Hull University and a Masters degree (with distinction) in IT and telecoms law from the University of Strathclyde.

Jim O'Halleran. Senior Vice President – UK and Ireland

Jim has over 40 years of retail, sales and senior management experience with the past 13 years spent in the gaming industry. Jim was one of the two buy-in founders of Leisure Link Group, which was formed on the acquisition of Bass Leisure Machine Services in 1998. As Managing Director of Leisure Link he led the consolidation and integration of further acquired leisure machine businesses until the company's listing on AIM in 2006. Jim has been a Group Board member since Leisure Link through to today.

Harmen Brenninkmeijer. Senior Vice President of Strategic Market Development

Harmen has over 20 years experience in the gaming industry. The former CEO and founder of Octavian, Harmen made his debut in the gaming industry in 1991 when he joined Mikohn as the European MD. Since then Harmen was elected the first chairman of the European Gaming Organisation, formed the casino division for the Gauselmann Group and pioneered Novomatic distributorships in a number of large and new gaming markets. He has done business in over 65 countries. Harmen has a Business degree from the InterManagement school, The Hague.

Martin Lucas. Managing Director – Betting & VLT

Martin is responsible for Inspired's global Betting and VLT markets. He joined the company in 2000 as IT Director and was responsible for the development and introduction of the first generation SBG products into the UK Pub and LBO sectors. During his time with Inspired, he has performed several senior leadership roles, through significant periods of change, including the introduction of the Gambling Act 2007 to the UK LBO division. Martin has led the expansion of SBG into Europe, which includes the certification and delivery of Inspired's SBG platform into new markets and has been instrumental in establishing Inspired's market leading position for VLTs in Italy.

Lee Gregory. Managing Director – Casino and Bingo

Lee is a gaming specialist with 25 years expansive knowledge of the gaming industry worldwide. Lee was Game Development Director for the Maygay Group until its acquisition by Leisure Link. Lee's SBG experience has spanned over a decade and he was instrumental in the early rollout of the Gala Gaming Platform before taking responsibility for Digital Gaming in pubs. As Managing Director of Casino and Bingo, Lee is instrumental in driving innovation in the UK gaming industry and taking Inspired's SBG products to international markets.

Steven Rogers. Managing Director – Virtual Racing Systems

Steve joined the Group in June 2006 following the acquisition of Red Vision Limited, where he was Chief Operating Officer and a key member of Red Vision's virtual racing business since its inception in 1998. Steve has been responsible for delivering consistent revenue growth in the virtual racing business over the past six years. Inspired's virtual products are live in 20,000 venues across 22 countries and online with over half of the 25 top operators. He is a Chartered Management Accountant having qualified in 2004.

Adam Hodges. Managing Director – Leisure Division

Adam had 10 years experience in Operations for Ladbrokes Racing Ltd performing roles from Shop Management to District Management from 1986 to 1996. Adam joined Bass Leisure Machine Services first as Area Manager and then progressed to National Account Manager in the multi-site sector. Adam became General Manager for the Leisure Projects business in 2001, then Managing Director of the combined Leisure Division in 2007. Adam has been critical to the rapid growth of the Division.

Mat Ingram. Managing Director - Games

Mat has been with Inspired since its formation, previously as Games Design Director at Maygay Group and its successor, Revolution Entertainment Systems. Prior to that, he started Impulse Gaming Ltd in 1997, which became one of the leading providers of gaming machines to the UK AWP sector before being bought by Maygay Group. Mat has an honours degree in Mathematics and a Masters in Artificial Intelligence.
